Designer Hotels

Ah, where to stay on my luxurious dream vacation?

Perhaps the Betsy Johnson suite at The Plaza...

The Parker Palm Springs designed by Jonathan Adler...

there's always the Hotel Missoni in Edinburgh...

or perhaps Philip Treacy's G Hotel in Ireland?

Oh, what's that you say?  I have a newborn and a mortgage?  Day's Inn it is.
If anyone else is looking for a dreamy place to stay for your next vacay, don't overlook these just because they're designer.  On average, a nightly rate is right around $200 (except for the Betsy Johnson suite which will set you back a whopping $1000/night) and probably cheaper during the off season.  Are your bags packed yet?  Send me a post card!

Ciao,
Lucia

A discipline that takes care of the creation of a perfect ambience for the guests is widely known as hotel design.
